Here are some important reminders:

College Applications: If you are applying on-line, be sure to submit a transcript request and any other required forms from the college or University to the Guidance Office.  If you are submitting a traditional paper application, please submit your completed application to the Guidance office.  Scholarship information will be posted soon.

ACT and SAT:  Many of you are preparing to take or retake your ACT and/or SAT test. The test schedule for 2011-2012 is available on the Guidance webpage.  Please register as soon as possible.

Senior Job Shadowing Day:  Wednesday, October 12, 2011 - This day provides you with the opportunity to spend the day with a professional in a career of your choice. 

Service Hours:  Many of you contributed time in community service projects this summer.  This is a friendly reminder to get the signatures required and document your efforts so you can submit them to Mr. Nolan in the Outreach office by the end of first quarter.

Student Athletes:  Students should register with the NCAA Clearinghouse eligibility center after the completion of your junior year if you plan to play Division I or II athletics.  You should visit  www.ncaaclearinghouse.net  to register.  You need to print off two copies of the transcript release form, sign them and turn them into Mrs. Ariss in the Guidance Office as soon as possible.
