- September 8, 2011 meet new principal, introduction of committee chairs, begin planning for this year
- October 13, 2011 welcome new members, introduce committee chairs, provide information on PTA activities, discuss Open House participation
- November 10, 2011 planning for faculty/staff conference dinner, discussion of upcoming events, suggestions for fundraising
- January 12, 2012 review of conference dinner, discussion of faculty mini-grants, updates on Fashion Show and After Prom planning
- February 9, 2012 announce faculty mini-grants, planning for "Fat Tuesday" faculty/staff event, Fashion Show planning, After Prom updates
- March 8, 2012 review past events, ongoing planning for Fashion Show and After Prom
- April 12, 2012 initial follow up meeting on Fashion Show, planning for After Prom, discussion of faculty/staff appreciation in May
- May 10, 2012 review of After Prom event, discussion of board members and committee chairs for next year, planning for graduation breakfast
- June 14, 2012 final review of After Prom and Fashion Show, planning for upcoming year
Meetings are scheduled at 7:30 p.m. in the conference room. Enter the building through the breezeway, pass the library, art rooms, counseling offices to the end of the hall. Turn right and the conference room is on your right.
